This rollback threatens to erode decades of progress in combating systemic discrimination, particularly affecting communities of color, women, and other marginalized groups. As federal agencies deprioritize enforcement of disparate impact claims, the responsibility to ensure equitable outcomes increasingly falls on researchers, advocates, and industry leaders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"content-wrap-item post__paragraph\">Join us for a timely webinar, &#8220;Introducing a Relational Framework for Less Discriminatory Alternative Search,&#8221; where we will unveil a novel approach to algorithmic fairness that emphasizes model selection across different families\u2014termed &#8216;horizontal&#8217; search\u2014prior to within-model optimization.
